About Me
My name is Lars Juhl Jensen. I am a staff scientist in computational biology at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory in Heidelberg, Germany. I am also associated with the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Protein Research in Copenhagen, Denmark.
My main scientific interest is understand the principles that govern complex biological systems such as the cell cycle, signaling networks, and diseases. Most of my work is based on integration of data from high-throughput experiments, sequence analysis, and automatic literature mining.
